HyperEVM is the general-purpose smart-contract half of Hyperliquid, and it speaks the same JSON-RPC every Ethereum tool already knows.

Interface context
- Standard EVM JSON-RPC - ethers, viem, web3.py, Foundry and Hardhat work after swapping the endpoint URL.
- HTTP and WebSocket interfaces. RPC requests read state or submit transactions; subscriptions push supported updates.
- Archive state. Specify the historical state depth your workload needs.

The RPC will not return order-book data. Order books, fills and liquidations live on HyperCore, which is not an EVM - no JSON-RPC method reaches them. For live order-book data use WebSocket Streaming; for history use the Indexer.
