Do you have rate limits?
Shared plans publish their caps openly — connections and concurrent streams per plan, so the hardware is never oversold. Dedicated nodes have no rate limits: the capacity is yours alone.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — up to 24 hours on most products (Bundles, ShredStream Raw, Indexer), no card required; TPU Sender gets a short test on request. Not available on Dedicated. Every trial starts in the portal: self-serve for Solana Bundles, activated by our team for the others.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Flat monthly subscriptions, all listed on /pricing. Crypto-only billing, no per-request metering, no overage surprises — the price you see is the price you pay.
How do I get started?
Solana RPC, gRPC and WebSocket plans are self-serve: sign in to the portal (https://stg.portal.supanode.xyz) with a Solana wallet, top up in USDC, pick a tier and copy your token. Everything else (ShredStream, TPU Sender, indexers, dedicated nodes, other networks) starts in the same portal and our team sets it up for your workload. No Solana wallet? Message us on Telegram.
