This policy describes how Hightower LLC ("Hightower", "we") handles information across Supanode services, websites and blockchain infrastructure. We keep data collection minimal by design.

02Personal Information We Collect

Website analytics & logs - standard server logs and website analytics. Microsoft Clarity records masked page visits, clicks and scrolling without analytics cookies by default on our marketing, documentation, campaign and portal pages. Analytics cookies are enabled only after your explicit choice. Portal text is masked. Form entries, support messages and attachment previews are masked. Blockchain infrastructure - RPC, gRPC, shreds and TPU endpoints operate with zero tracking: no IP logging, no request-level user profiling.

03Data Privacy & Non-Correlation Mandate

We deliberately keep site logs separate from blockchain activity and never correlate the two. Site logs are retained for 7 days, then permanently deleted.

We do not sell data. Limited sharing only with infrastructure service providers, professional advisors, or law enforcement when legally required.

When Clarity recording is enabled, masked website interaction data is sent to Microsoft, including in the mode without analytics cookies. Microsoft processes this data under its Clarity terms and privacy policies.

06Your Choices & Security

Use Analytics settings to allow analytics cookies, record without cookies, or disable Microsoft Clarity recording. No consent banner is shown automatically. A previous choice to disable recording remains respected. Changing the recording preference reloads the page. This choice applies to Clarity; other website analytics have their own settings. You can also disable cookies in your browser. We apply standard security measures to protect the limited data we hold.

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
