How does Supanode billing work?
Subscription products (RPC/gRPC bundles, ShredStream, indexers, WebSocket, Monad gRPC, TPU Sender) are flat monthly, crypto-only and prepaid. Solana Bundles are paid from a USDC balance in the self-serve portal; other products take USDC, USDT, SOL, or ETH. There are no per-request, per-query, or per-transaction fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — up to 24 hours on most products (Bundles, ShredStream Raw, indexers, WebSocket, Monad gRPC), no card required; TPU Sender gets a short test on request. Dedicated nodes run on a quote rather than a trial. Solana Bundle trials start self-serve in the portal; other trials are activated over Telegram.
Do you charge per request?
No. Subscription products are flat monthly with no per-request or per-query metering. Streaming bandwidth is unlimited and unmetered; only the tier — connections, addresses watched, RPS/TPS — changes.
How do I get access?
Solana RPC, gRPC and WebSocket plans are self-serve in the portal (https://stg.portal.supanode.xyz): sign in with a Solana wallet, top up in USDC, pick a tier and copy your token. Other products are hands-on over Telegram: message Supanode, describe your workload, and an engineer sets up your endpoint and issues your token.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated against the time left on your current subscription and arranged over Telegram. Billing is monthly and prepaid.
