How does Supanode billing work?

Subscription products — RPC/gRPC bundles, ShredStream, indexers, WebSocket, Monad gRPC — are flat monthly, crypto-only and prepaid (USDC, USDT, SOL, or ETH). Transaction landing (TPU Sender) is pay-per-use via the tip on each transaction, with no subscription. There are no per-request or per-query fees.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — up to 48 hours on most products (Bundles, Shreds UDP, TPU, indexers, WebSocket, Monad gRPC), no card required. Dedicated nodes run on a quote rather than a trial. Trials are activated over Telegram.

Do you charge per request?

No. Subscription products are flat monthly with no per-request or per-query metering. Streaming bandwidth is unlimited and unmetered; only the tier — connections, filter width, RPS/TPS — changes.

How do I get access?

Provisioning is hands-on over Telegram: message Supanode, share your workload and IP, and an engineer sets up your endpoint and allowlist. There is no self-serve dashboard yet.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated against the time left on your current subscription and arranged over Telegram. Billing is monthly and prepaid.
