What is dedicated here, if Lighter has no RPC?
The hardware, not the protocol. Dedicated does not have to mean a dedicated RPC node - that is only one configuration of it. On Lighter it means single-tenant infrastructure running your stream ingestion and your own ClickHouse instance, so nothing you do competes with another customer for capacity.
What do I get that the shared tiers do not give me?
No shared ceiling on connections or query load, your own retention window rather than ours, schema changes made for you, and placement in the region you pick. Shared tiers are sized for typical use; dedicated is sized for yours.
How is it priced?
