Read Robinhood Stock Token balances and display adjustments

Keep raw ERC-20 quantities, issuer adjustments and underlying-market data separate.

A token balance is one part of the representation

Robinhood Stock Token APIs document a display multiplier in addition to standard token quantities. Corporate actions can change the relationship between raw token units and displayed exposure. A generic ERC-20 portfolio reader must understand those documented adjustments rather than inferring every displayed change from Transfer events.

Collect a consistent snapshot

  1. Get the official contract address for the intended stock token on the intended chain.
  2. Read balanceOf and decimals at a supported common block reference.
  3. Read uiMultiplier using the published interface and scaling rules.
  4. Store the raw values, block reference and parser version alongside the derived display value.

Keep arithmetic explicit

raw_balance = balanceOf(wallet)
raw_multiplier = uiMultiplier()
# Apply the scaling documented by the token interface.
# Do not assume the multiplier is an unscaled integer.
store(raw_balance, raw_multiplier, block_hash)

This pseudocode intentionally leaves the formula tied to the current published interface. Use exact decimal arithmetic and test a known corporate-action example before presenting adjusted quantities to users.

Do not invent market information

On-chain transfers show token movement; they do not by themselves provide the underlying stock's exchange price, trading eligibility, legal ownership rights or redemption terms. Use the issuer's materials and an appropriate market-data source for those questions. A price inferred from one pool trade may be illiquid or stale. Supanode RPC can supply supported chain reads and its Indexer covers documented events; neither statement expands the underlying dataset into a regulated stock-price feed.
